What is happening within you now is of paramount importance. Your body (physical, mental and emotional) is being overhauled so to speak. You could say you’re undergoing a major service as you would with your car periodically. Only in this service you are being restructured at DNA level. This re-wiring of your DNA is taking you into deeper levels of consciousness and at the same time, bringing up all the old patterns and belief systems that belong to the person you used to be before your transformation began.

You are now at a point in your transformation whereby you can consciously choose which vibration you wish to experience. When old thoughts and beliefs pop up that belong to a consciousness that is still being governed by your ego, you can immediately recognize them, and therefore be cognizant and change that patterning. This will eventually become second nature so to speak and your ego consciousness will realize that there is now a new way of thinking and behaving and will act accordingly.

With the restructuring of the old your body may begin showing signs of outward manifestation. For instance, joints may become swollen, you may experience back ache and muscle aches and pains. You may also find yourself dealing with symptoms from and old condition you thought had already dealt with and fully cleared. When this happens, do not become despondent. Do not allow yourself to think you are doing something wrong. Everyone is different, please remember that, so do not compare yourself to another.

Also remember that you are transforming at your own pace. You are not being ‘forced’ to overcome more than you can handle. You are quite capable of handling what is happening with you now, or else it wouldn’t be happening. It is important to be in a space of allowing and surrendering to the energy, and allowing the energy to work its magic in and through you.

You are always being healed. Essentially this is what the energy is doing for you. It is re-creating you and replenishing you at a cellular and molecular level. As a higher dimensional Being you are never not connected to your Infinite Source energy, but it is important to remember to stay in the present and centered in your Heart. And what this means is to stay out of your mind – your ego mind. Go within your Heart, pull your awareness IN-side yourself and BE silent. Take time out of your busy day to BE with your SOUL. Whether you spend that time in meditation or taking a long walk in nature or listening to music, it is entirely up to you. Just BE present and BE conscious of what you’re thinking, doing and saying. You are extremely powerful now and you are manifesting your New Reality at great speed.

Also at this point in your transformation you are beginning to realize that everything you wish to experience in your New Earth Reality is an outward manifestation of consciousness and therefore needs to be EXPRESSED in order to be felt. You may think of the word ‘expressed’ as being ‘pushed out’ from within you. You have within you countless resources – you are INFINITE in your expression, therefore decide what it is you wish to experience and then express that! Remember that a state of pure joy and bliss is your natural state of being, so express that which brings you your greatest joy! If singing brings you joy, then express that energy from deep within yourself! If its art that is wishing to burst forth from within you, do not hold it inside. Let it out! Express it. This is what the New Earth Reality is all about! Expressing the Soul from within you!

There is only one month to go before the first eclipse of 2016 which will be experienced as a Total Solar eclipse on the 9th March. Already that energy is being brought into alignment for you. So stay in your Heart Dear One, and surrender to the energy that is yours and always will be your greatest Treasure.

The Evidence We’ve Been Looking For, Earth IS Ascending

In the US, Canada, and Central and South America a total lunar eclipse will begin the evening of September 27, 2015. In Europe, South/East Asia, Africa, the Arctic, and in the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans it starts on September 28, 2015.

For 1 hr and 12 minutes, this Blood Moon will be totally eclipsed.

Our ancient ancestors believed that Eclipses open a portal to higher realms, making it possible for us to receive huge downloads of information. That is why they built sophisticated and mysterious structures such as Stonehenge and Newrange, which were designed to amplify the powerful cosmic energies being made available to them.

Despite the opening of powerful Stargate portals and the potential for new beginnings offered by the current universal geometries however, many people find it difficult to believe that anything is really changing when chaos still seems to reign, and evidence of human mayhem continues all around us. Perhaps this ‘madness’ is part of a deep cleansing of the planet? And perhaps how quickly we can integrate the new energy and adjust to it, will depend on the level of each individual’s vibratory frequency.

We are being asked I think, to do everything in our power to raise our vibration out of 3D density and into the higher frequencies of Light. This always has been and still is, the prime purpose and raison d’être of the  ‘Sounds of Sirius’. It’s my belief that the melodies, tones and Light Language that flow through me from the higher dimensional realms, are being gifted quite specifically to raise the vibration of those who receive them, and in so doing, reconnect them with their soul’s original blueprint.

There is concrete evidence to suggest that Mother Earth herself is shifting her vibration, in order to adapt to the paradigm shift. The Schumann Frequencies are the ‘sound’ of the earth. It’s like hearing the sound of a big drum, with that drum being the earth’s resonant cavity. Only a few years ago the earth was vibrating at around 7.8 hertz, but a few days ago, the Schumann frequency hit 16.5.

This demonstrates that the earth itself is changing…she is literally speeding up!

Why is the number 16.5 important?

16.5, 33, 66, 132, 264….these numbers are all harmonic to the Solfeggio tone 528, which is the exact frequency used by genetic biochemists to repair broken DNA – the gentetic blueprint upon which life is based.

What are Solfeggio Frequencies?

If the Schumann frequency is resonating at a harmonic of 528 – the frequency scientists use to repair broken DNA – it would suggest would it not then, that our DNA may be repairing itself
right now? Perhaps Mother Earth’s change of vibration to the harmonic of 528 is kick-starting our DNA re-activation, in order that we can move in sync with her, as she transcends 3D density to enter 4th and 5th dimensional realms.

The following excerpt from channel and healer Malcolm Bell’s book ‘Rider in the Mist’ reinforces the idea of the intrinsic connection between human beings and Planet Earth:-

“The human being is comprised of five bodies: the physical, the mental, the emotional, the spiritual, and the higher self. Any change in the earth’s energy field affects all five bodies, so all five have to be realigned – adjusted in increments according to the varying and ongoing energy fluctuations – and brought back intobalance and harmony. In short, the symptoms that people were experiencing were the body’s response to the changing vibration. The body was struggling to adjust to the previously unknown, and never before encountered, elevated and newly patterned energy levels. Unknown to us at times such as this, the body searches through its ancient tribal and genetic memory bank imprints, in an attempt to find a pre-existing pattern to align with. Finding none, it now has to embark upon a critical program of developing and implementing a precise and compatible alternative energy-pattern match. In the process of doing so, all five bodies endure considerable discomfort and confusion.”

The many and varied symptoms that people have been experiencing over the past few years as their bodies attempt to align with the huge ‘Shift of the Ages’ taking place, have become so widespread that they have called ‘Ascension Symptoms’.

So don’t panic if you have been feeling kind of strange, ungrounded, exhausted, dizzy, fuzzy or depressed – you are not alone! Huge Shifts in Consciousness Coming in September 2015

September 2015 is set to be a huge month of energetic shifts that will help us all to change our frequency and tune in to higher levels of consciousness.

The cosmic energy of September 2015 is definitely intense. Not only do we have many significant planetary aspects including a blood moon eclipse, a solar eclipse and movements of some of the most key planets, but it has also been predicted that the Earth is going to experience huge shifts in consciousness.

It has been predicted by Dr. Simon Atkins and other intuitives that the frequency of the planet will rise about 2-3 Hz, bringing about huge shifts in awareness, consciousness and intuitive energies.

The DNA of every living cell on the planet is also expected to shift with the changes, giving rise to a completely new way of being.

In order for the planet to integrate into this new frequency, many have also predicted world disasters, political events and other huge shifts that will force people to stand up and pay attention to things outside of the material and egoic world.

All of these disasters are believed to be a clearing of karma and old ways of being, and since the closing of the Lions Gate Portaland the Pisces Full Moon, we may have all been feeling some significant shifts in our lives.

The energy of September is definitely going to help bring these many shifts and changes into the physical world and there is likely to be a mass global ascension.

Those who have already experienced a spiritual awakening will be able to use this energy to enhance their vibration, understanding of the Universe and unseen worlds. Those who are yet to awaken may suddenly have a realisation or undergo rapid ascension.

Intuition, emotions and psychic abilities will also be strong at this time and these shifts may even allow us to adopt a different understanding of the way the world works.

This understanding will allow the matrix that surrounds all of us and this dimension to be adjusted, understood and mutated into a new frequency. The walls will also be thin, allowing insights into different dimensions and alien life.

The most significant date for all of these shifts will be September 28th, which  many believe is the most significant date in consciousness that most of us will experience in our lifetime.

September 28th is also the day of the Blood Moon Eclipse, which already holds such power and energy. On this day, it is believed that those who are aware enough will be able to vibrate at a much higher frequency and perhaps even experience rapid ascension into new vibrations never before experienced on Earth.

Although things will peak on the 28th at 11:11am specifically, the entire month will be filled with different balancing acts of energy.

Here are the significant dates in September:

September 1st: A huge wave of Neptunian energy will be felt vibrating through Earth. Any issues brought up on August’s Full Moon in Pisces is likely to be felt now. There will also be a deeper understanding of spirituality, awakening and awareness. Those going through awakenings are likely to experience huge waves of ascension signs and symptoms.

September 6th: Venus will finally move direct after being retrograde since July 27th. Her forward movement will help finally rest old, outdated karmic patterns surrounding the heart chakra, self-love and relationships. For those who have done Venus’ work, huge shifts in heart consciousness will be experienced, making it easier to act from the heart and intuition rather than the ego or logical mind.

A Channelled Message from the Heart for the World:

“Don’t be afraid anymore, release your heart, release it to the world, magic really will happen when you do. Don’t keep us locked away, keep us free, keep us balancing on the edge of life, for that is where we will serve you most. September 10th: Mars and Venus will meet in a rare aspect helping to align soulmates, twin flames and igniting a calling to practice more self-love. Venus and Mars, the cosmic lovers won’t be this close again for years to come and together, the two will be instilling a huge wave of consciousness surrounding love and the vibration of connection.

September 13th: A Partial Solar Eclipse will fall on the new moon in the sign of Virgo, calling on us all to bring attention to our environment and the things we choose to allow into our lives. The finer details and perhaps things that we have swept under the rug for some time will become clearer.

September 17th: Mercury, the planet of communication, contracts and moving parts will turn retrograde also in the sign of Virgo. The pull to go within will be strong and perhaps the things that we have been afraid to communicate will re-surface.

On the same day, Saturn will move out of Scorpio for good, never to return for the next 28-29 years. This shift of such a key planet is likely to be felt on a global level and perhaps issues from December 24, 2014 may resurface.

September 23rd: The Equinox will fall, signifying the end of Summer and the start of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and the end of Winter and the start of Spring in the Southern Hemisphere. We are all going to feel shifts of this new energy emerging.

All these events of course lead up to the climax on the 28th with the Blood Moon and total Lunar Eclipse in the sign of Aries, which also happens to be the first sign of the Zodiac and represents beginnings and a new direction.

This Blood Moon will also be the last in a series of four which began back in April 2014, bringing about a full completion of a cycle.

Along with astrological events, it has also been predicted that the financial markets are set to crash and that governments are going to be reorganised in a way that supports more of a conscious movement.

Even though all of these changes and shifts are arising in the next few weeks, the Universe has been silently preparing us all for what’s to come.

For those who have been tuning into the rhythms and frequencies of Mother Earth, most of these changes should not come as a surprise. In fact, most of these changes that September has in store for us should definitely be welcomed.

It is time for everyone on this planet to raise their vibration, expand their awareness and shift in consciousness so we can become a more peaceful, loving and friendly planet.

There is absolutely no need to fear the changes in September, just welcome them with open arms and know that the shifts are necessary for our evolution as a planet.

What are the Chakras and What is Their Purpose?

A great deal is spoken of in spiritual texts and musings about the Chakras and exactly what their purpose is. At  Openhand, we view them as ‘consciousness exchange points’ where Unity Consciousness as the soul infuses with Separation Consciousness as the bodymind. Our lives are greatly affected and influenced by our relative level of vibration within these crucial consciousness centres. Understanding and exploring them will have a profoundly beneficial impact. Here is an extract from  Five Gateways  offering a perspective on their functions and purpose…

Extract from ‘Five Gateways’ concerning the chakras

“As we step into the corridor leading to Gateway 3, we are likely to experience times of great unrest and turmoil as upheaval begins to take place internally, which is often reflected externally through the circumstances of our lives. We are prone to roller coaster mood swings, one day feeling energised, invigorated and deeply spiritual and the next, perhaps tired, heavy, sombre and disconnected.”

This seesaw effect is caused by internal shifts in the balance of consciousness principally through the chakras. These are etheric consciousness centres where the soul infuses into the bodymind. Put simply, it may be considered that each cell in our bodies has two different vibrations present in it. One is the heaviness and denseness of the bodymind (which we may call “Separation Consciousness”), the other is the lightness and expansiveness of the soul (which we may call “Unity Consciousness”). The chakras provide the energetic bridge – the connecting interface between the soul and bodymind.

When they are open and vibrating as designed, we experience ourselves authentically as the soul expressed through the bodymind. However, when they are closed down for some reason and their energy is convoluted, incongruent and dense, then there is a greater tendency to identify with the bodymind. It is here where we get stuck, because consciousness is not flowing freely through the chakras as it was designed to.

Due to their etheric nature, the chakra system has not yet been generally accepted within society and has been confined to the world of mysticism and spirituality. However, there is now growing acceptance – although still much disagreement – as to their exact locations and purpose. It is best therefore to use any frame of reference we may encounter, more as a guide and locate the centres through our own experience by bringing continual awareness to them. By working with them and closely monitoring the corresponding effect in our external lives, we can gauge the influence they have. I have used this approach to yield the following overview…

• Base chakra:  located around the coccyx and genitals, it relates to our connection to the physical plane including our immune system and sexuality. If the vibration here is low, we tend to be over attached and identified with the physical experience. We feel separated from the ‘All That Is’ and have overtly lustful and potentially exploitative sexual urges. As we transmute the energy in this chakra to the higher vibration, we are increasingly released from attachment to the physical plane and naturally aspire to higher spiritual growth.

• Sacral chakra:  located approximately where the spine and pelvis meet, the sacral chakra is the emotional centre which governs our state of being within relationships. If the vibration is low, then we tend to be overly attached in relationships, needy and jealous. As we transmute the energy and raise the vibration however, we discover increasing sensuality in relationships.

• Solar plexus chakra:  located on the spine, around the area of the top of the stomach. Its purpose is to accept and infuse higher spiritual knowing into the lower mind – what we may call subconscious mind. Indeed it can be considered to govern the correct functioning of lower mind. When the vibration is low, we are prone to mental programming and distortion and are therefore more susceptible to addictive behaviours such as attachment to caffeine, chocolate, sugar, alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs. When we fully transmute the consciousness here, we are able to take control over the base urges (of the lower animal), expand our consciousness and open up new channels of creative influence through etheric manifestation. “Telepathic Knowing Exchange” can take place from the higher realms into the Third Dimension through this chakra when functioning as it is designed.

• Heart chakra:  located at the level of the heart, this is the centre where the unconditional love for all life activates, what some call “The Christ Consciousness”. When the vibration is low, it manifests as judgmentalism and the radical adherence to a singular truth, thereby precipitating conflict in our lives and limiting us to the Lower Dimensional Realm. When the vibration here is transmuted however, judgmentalism falls away and is replaced by unconditional love for all life. We become able to see and hold multiple truths and through correct non-judgmental discernment, become able to choose Right Action in line with the guiding hand of Benevolent Consciousness (experienced as a heartfelt pull). When we attain a fully open heart chakra, we begin to unfold into the Fifth Dimension.

• Throat chakra:  located at the area of the throat, the fifth chakra connects directly to higher mind – our fifth bodily vehicle of expression (see Gateway 5). It governs our ability to receive, interpret and articulate the highest truth from the cosmic library of all knowing. The throat centre provides the direct connection into higher spiritual awareness. When the vibration is low, we tend to be more bounded by the notion of separate identity, thereby limiting us more to the lower dimensions. A low vibration here would manifest as an inability to express and be at ease with authentic reality; we are governed more by the limitations of lower conditioned thinking because of our attachment to false identity. Put simply, we are less able to express our inner truth and be awesomely okay with that. The chakra opens completely when we are no longer internally affected by the outer reaction to our fully expressed truth. We are able to ‘turn the other cheek’ and automatically express higher wisdom at whatever apparent personal cost; thus the doorway to multi-dimensional experience is opened for us.

• Third eye:  located in the pineal gland roughly in the centre of the head at the level of the eyebrows. The third eye may be regarded as the centre of consciousness for the soul within the body. Whilst we are engaged in the transmutation of consciousness within the lower chakras, we tend to be unaware of it because our actions are governed more by the false self rather than the soul. Put simply, Soul Consciousness from the third eye is swallowed up in identification with the bodymind and its attachments to the external drama. However, as we release these attachments, the vibration in the lower chakras transmutes and then Soul Consciousness is liberated rising up the spine and reconnecting in the third eye with Unity Consciousness flowing ‘downwards from the Source’. This is referred to as “kundalini activation”. When the third eye activates, we become increasingly able to see reflections of ourselves in other people and all life. We are able to identify and align with our true sense of beingness. Thus, the soul’s purpose is now being unleashed.

• Crown chakra:  located just above the fontanel where the three bone plates of the skull meet. This chakra only really activates when we have transmuted much of the density in the lower chakras and liberated enough Soul Consciousness from bodymind identification. At this point, the crown chakra opens and infuses energy into our highest bodily vehicle – the “spirit light body” (or “merkaba”). This paves the way for correct rationalisation of the multidimensional influences we are experiencing, including for example the underlying synchronistic patterning through all events. As the crown chakra fully opens, multi-dimensional living through the spirit light body becomes a reality for us. We become centred in the universal flow of Right Action and are increasingly able to shift consciousness between dimensions as required by the natural flow of the universe.

Through transmutation of the denser energies in the chakras, we are in effect becoming inner alchemists, changing the very nature of our being from lower levels of dense consciousness to higher vibrational frequencies. Allegiance is switching to the soul’s lightness through each of our cells and we begin the  Ascension  process in earnest. We can still feel the heaviness and denseness of the physical body, but growing internal realisation consolidates that it no longer defines us. All the while, we are opening and expanding new channels, bringing in the higher energies. Ripples and waves of energy begin to flow throughout the bodymind and our consciousness expands into new dimensions of experience.
